QUALITY POLICY

Our policy in MALEJA CORPORATION SDN. BHD. is to fulfill the specifications and requirements of our varied customers through continual improvement of quality management in the diversified fields as a telecommunication provider, civil and structure contractor, telecommunications and IT consultant.

OBJEKTIF KUALITI

Towards the fulfillment of the Quality Policy, we have identified the following objectives:

  • Timely completion of every project undertaken.
  • Every project meeting customers specification and requirement.
  • Working within budget.

Quality Management System Division

  • To hold 2 reviews on the Quality Management System within a year
  • To hold 2 audits the Quality Management System within a year

 

 

Human Resource & Administration Division

  • To train each employee on work procedures, specifications, applicable codes and standards in accordance to contract documentation and quality specifications for a minimum of 16 hours a year.
  • Every training session, employees are targeted to achieve proficiency in work procedure and control documentation.

 

Technical Division

  • To complete all projects within budget and time allocated.
  • To incur minimum defect on projects and services aiming towards zero-defect.
  • To incur minimum injury for employees during construction targeting zero-LTI (loss time incidents).
  •  

Logistic Division

  • To ensure all equipment, tools, materials for project use is adequate to achieve zero shortage.
  • For every material needed, 3 suppliers must be identified.
