ENGINEERING SERVICES
  • Offers implementation services that cover project management and execution of projects. Project management services offered includes :
    • Part of turnkey projects undertaken by Maleja or ,
    • Manage network system vendors and liase internally with the client. Supply of manhole and joint boxes e.g. JC9C, JC9, JRC7, Handhole, Cable Pit.


  • Construction of Manhole type : R12, R4, R1B (M), R2A, R2A(M) etc.
    Underground drilling works for road crossing : e.g Pipe Jacking, Thrust Boring, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD works).

  Fibre Optic :

  • Pulling of fibre optic cable via laid duct.
  • Erection of poles and overhead fibre optic cables
  • Blowing of fibre optic cables by using a compressor or blowing machine.
  • Jointing of fibre optic cable :
    • Splicing of fibre optic cable by fusion with an optic fibre machine equipment and splicing fibre optic equipment.
    • Splicing of fibre optic cable by fusion with on optic fibre machine equipment and splicing fibre optic equipment.
    • Splicing of fibre optic cable by mechanical. (Single Mode and Multimode)
    • Testing of fibre with equipment such as OTDR, power meter, tracing of reserve core.

  Copper Cabling :

  • Pulling of copper cables for local network, by means underground and overhead jelly filled cables and intergral bearer cables ( ariel ).
  • Pulling of junction cables by means of cable winch. Type of cable air core cables and lead cables.
  • Jointing cables and testing.
    • Civil work for Telecommunications outside Plant Project Management and Implementation of Civil Works i.e. supply and installation and commissioning of manhole and suc for telecommunications infrastructure.
